Author has written 9 stories for General, and Romance. Relative to fictional writing, I have only one ambition; I want to write a story where all the characters are unlikeable bastards. I want to use the dullest setting I can think of (heh, Thatcherite Britain comes to mind), where jobs are scarce, disposable income is a luxury, and no one has seen the sun for weeks. And then what? I don't know. Maybe I'll try to coax my bastard characters into a sickly-sweet love affaire. I write whenever I've a moment to spare and that moment happens to coincide with at least a minimum of inspiration. I can never write anything, barely my own name, unless I'm somehow inspired. Lucky for me, it doesn't take much to inspire me. Basslines, hands, nails, church, old people, young people, drunk people, trees, wind, reality shows, umbrellas, nature, coats, whatever. The occasional lack of spare moments and inspiration is one of two reasons why it takes me forever to post things here. The other reason is that I never post anything that I've not finished. I want to be able to go back and change things, make sure that things work out, minimise inconsistencies and spell-check a few times. I'm anal like that. One might wonder why, if I don't post anything I've not finished, I don't just put the entire story up at once (as opposed to my current system of two updates per week). It's just that I like to have a few days between each chapter to read through it yet again. So yeah, it's a time-consuming process. There. I'm getting good at these serious profile texts, huh?
