You know what sucks? I specifically remember thinking to myself and telling you guys 'Oh it's the summer, I'm not going to have anything to do but write!'. And now I feel horrible because I've updated diddlysquat this summer. All I can do at this point is apologise for putting you guys on. And I do most sincerely. Please forgive me?
First, ICAGW. Thanks to everyone that voted for this in round four of the SKOW awards! While it didn't win best cliche, it was awarded judges' pick! Check out the award banner here . And I'm the most apologetic for not updating this story out of all my others. I don't know what happened but I've lost inspiration on just this part. Not even the whole part, just THIS chapter. I've rewritten it, I kid you not, four times and I just can't come up with something I can post and live with myself afterwards. I've restarted (again) and am actually doing something I like with it but I give no guarantees on when I'll next update this. So sorry, kids!
Combustible is going to have a new chapter up soon, I've got the chapter written out on paper of all the weirdest things. I just need to type it up and that's that.
Also, some of you may have noticed that I've put up a new story or, rather, a series of stories called The Blue Door Cafe. This is actually my answer to a challenge set by a livejournal group, 100fics . The idea is that the writer is to pop out one hundred short stories based on the prompts set forth. This is a purely fun thing for me, I'm not giving myself any pressure on time, chapter lengths, character development, nada. I just thought to put it up here for shits and giggles mostly. Check it out when you've got the time!
