I'm just an adult girl. I was born and raised in America. :( sadly. I hate it. The past few years, I have gotten to like the internet a lot. I found out that there are really a lot of kids out there that cry every night because their mom and/or dad don't exactly care too much. My heart goes out to them. If you will read some of my poetry, this is the main theme in most of them. I have a mother and father who love me, which I am not too fond of my mother MOST times. But thats a different story. But seeing what my mother has come through, I pray for all those who are sexually, physically and mentally abused, as was my mother. She is the greatest inspiration - seeing someone heal from practically a mental illness. I used to believe prayer didn't change a thing until I found a 15 yr old girl who used to cut and is now loving Jesus. I know my God does answer prayers, considering everything I've been through.
I have recently been enjoying photography. You can probably catch me on AIM or Yahoo Messenger in the late evenings. I love questions and I love to talk, but most of all I like relationships. I have a tiny tiny crush on one man and I absolutely am in love with another man. I'm also interested in dreams/supernatural things.
My favorite style of poetry is a depressive or death/suicide poem... something that really sparks emotions, preferably tears. And I also love poems that tell a short glimpse of a persons life, like straight out. For example, this 10 yr old was raped by her father and she has no friends except for a teddy bear but that's only during the night. My least favorite type of poetry is stuff that gets mushy and all lovey-dovey. I can't stand talking about love, even though I am in love. hehe

My best works:
After A Long Life // As Broken Glass Would Still Show It's Cracks // Comfort
Crying Inside // Guilt // Little Things // Lost Control // Trapped In A Prison
Please, read at least one of my poems, and I'm seriously open to anything you have to comment about. Even if it's that the poem left you speechless (in a good or bad way). I'm just looking for critique, not insults.
