My favorite animes are: Dragon Ball Z, Gundam Wing, and Outlaw Star. I love fics about these animes. I also like fics about the Breath of Fire series (game) and Final Fantasy (game).
My favorite books are: The Wheel of Time Sereis, The Thomas Covenant Series, and The Sword of Truth Series.
