“Yeah, they treat us well here. Don't be deceived though – all the fancy buildings only allure the petty and popular crowd, so watch your back the first couple of days. This school is a bitch and jackass magnet, to put it bluntly.” Ali warned me with a strange, flippant air. I wanted to laugh, but the lightness in her tone sent an unpleasant shiver down my spine...
