Time for a little change...

News

4/28/2008

I'm doing some revisions of IHY! -- I don't plan to delete any chapters and repost -- unless the revisions don't show up by chapter replacement tool.

Chapter 3 of 35 revised.

(Note it's a quick run through and doesn't mean everything as far as errors is fixed, okay? ~ I'll probably get a beta to help me with more technical things!)

As you all know, I've been running a poll and reading all of your PM's in regards to a sequel for IHY. As of right now, I'm very flattered by the number of people who liked/loved the ending -- thanks for your kindness, it means a lot.

However, there is also a significant amount of people (rather a good batch of people with decent sense and opinions) who are extremely passionate about our lovely Dederick, so for those who favored the Dederick x Eve pairing-- I have good news. While I respect your fantasies about these two ending up together, I can't imagine writing an alternate universe for them. However that does not mean that you DxE lovers will be disappointed.

I plan to write a ONE-SHOT of an alternate ending between Dederick and Eve. This is only being made for the readers who FAVORED this pairing-- so they can have their little fix. It in NO way affects the prospective sequel-- because he WILL NOT get Eve in a new story, where he'd be a protagonist.

I will announce the one-shot in a cheat posting of a 36th chapter of I Hate You! Note that the alternate ending WILL NOT BE on the 36th chapter. The posting will simply tell those who have marked IHY as fave/alert that the one-shot has been posted.

For further information on sequels, and final words (review replies to anon.) please refer to homepage.

My entire focus will now be "Dreams of Angst."

Thanks to everyone who sends the warm messages... and all those who read... and those who review.

ilu~!

NaNoWriMo Winner!

I told you I'd do it!

I feel very accomplished.

No. I won't post it here because though I reached 50k words-- the story is incomplete!

My Writing

I do not write professionally-- I write for FUN.

If you want to read a grammatically correct book, full of proper sentences, no misspellings, and perfection; go to your local library and check one of those books out. You're bound to find one or two editing mistakes-- even in those-- but if that's what you crave, go for it. I read too, so I sympathize. However, when you read one of my stories expect errors, less than perfect grammar, and a few mistakes here and there. English is not my first language, but I try as extensively as I can to sound decent in real life, in essays that will actually get me somewhere, and since I'm obsessed with proper spelling, that might be the furthest I'll go as far as effort in stories published here.

I do not care for reviews that criticize my mistakes.

As read in my first statement of not being a professional writer-- I'm not here to be perfect. I post stories because I have friends who follow the stuff that I write and because often, my prose is safer on-line than off, where my files can get deleted. I've lost many novels to the computer-- so in a way FP serves as a treasure chest. When I write, I do it without thinking-- it's RAW material. Therefore, I needn't hear about big, little, or trivial mistakes. Save yourself the time if you're that kind of reviewer. To complain about bad writers, use your online blog and rant there. As I warn you all beforehand that my work isn't edited in any way or form prior to postings.

I am a whimsical writer.

If the mood strikes me, I write. If the muse sits on my shoulders and whispers inspiration into my ear, I write. Sometimes I am not only out of time to write because I have a life outside of the internet, but because I also lose inspiration every now and then. I will update like a mad rabbit when my creative juices are flowing, but stop when they clog. Each and every single story I write is important and special to me, and I will not be rushed. With that said, I do try very hard to please my readers with updates, but please bear with me. I am depressed, obsessive-compulsive, and bi-polar; it's not easy living with myself.

(Was being made into a cowritten project offline-- shall update at whim and when inspiration hits me. It's not everyday I want to write such a mean killer.)
Because this story was taken offline to be co-written and that project fell through, my co-writer (with my consent, yes) has taken the idea and transformed it into his own. You can find the "alternate" version published here on FP as Ghost Writer -- Note that this version is completely different from my original plot, but stems from the same idea and may preserve some elements of the original version.

"Of Your Heart"

"Unlike Your Scenario"

(I was surprised by the number of people who messaged me complaining that I deleted this one-shot. I'm very sorry everyone, but it was and is a very personal piece of work, and I had to take it off for my sanity. I thank you for the enthusiasm and praises!)
