Everyone hopes for improvement, and yet there are few who go out of their way to review. For those that review something of mine, I will certainly try to return the favor. However, it is also important to be the one who iniciates such behavior instead of expecting it to always fall into your lap. This is supposed to be a community. In this community, interdependence is required for the desired effect. It never ceases to surprise me the lack of reading and reviewing for others. However, enough of that.
