I've changed my pen name, since the previous "ZettaniX" doesn't fit my persona anymore. For those of you wondering what they mean, here ya go:

Aelux: Ae = one,uno,mono; lux = the measurement of the intensity of light; Put together references "one" - "intensity of light".

ZettaniX: Zetta = sextillion; niX = nothing,zilch,nada; Put together references a "sextillion" of "nothing". Hence was my view of myself for a time - metaphorically speaking of course.

So as you can see, I've not just changed merely my pen name, but my characterization as a whole, as well. I'll be 22 in April, i'm currently majoring in software engineering, and I have a very broad philosophical view of life and how it should be lived - however I still manage to see both sides of an argument and whether it's futile or not. Do I take life seriously? I know how to laugh at just about anything. Do I enjoy life? I've had suicidal tendencies/thoughts from age 16 to 18 and part of 19, which basically solidified my existential scope as a being. Do I appreciate living? I learn, I change, I love, and I live...what more can I ask?

I thought i would fill this void with a bit of superfluous insights about myself:

I like chocolate;
I love pretty much all genres of music except random noise;
I enjoy friendly debates;
I hate society;
I loathe hypocrisy and politics;
I dislike the upbringing of most children these days, it's either neglegence or pampering;

Ok, that's some of my likes and dislikes - take them however you wish.

My writing has a lot of philosophical and religious undertones to it. I don't think I've written anything that doesn't pertain to me in some way, whether it be how I think, feel, or act. Some of the religious things are more blunt than others, but I try to be as general as possible to appeal to most common belief/perspective. This year has been quite tumultuous for me, albeit rejuvinating at the same time. From "Regenerated Degenerated Thoughts" to "Sensual Surrealist" there's been an incredible journey within this chapter of my life. Should be interesting to see what '07 brings me. My next work I think will be a summation or maybe an extensive conglomerate of how I have changed over '06, but i'm not sure yet. It will probably take a couple months to produce anyhow - inspiration is such an ephemeral beast (though I am working on it).

I am easily amused/pleased so no matter how infinitesimal it is, it'll still bring a smile to my face and a joy to my inbox -giggles-.
