Author has written 5 stories for Romance, Supernatural, Horror, and Essay. Hello, and welcome to my humble page. My name is Brittany, and I'll be your hostess for the duration of your stay. Please, come in and take a seat, and I will tell you a bit about myself and what you can expect to see here. Wine? I have been writing seriously for four years now. My writing at it's beginning was simply a way to escape the rather mundane world I lived in at the time. I had lost two good friends to other towns, and I became...reclusive, if you will. One day while daydreaming in class, I decided that I would like to try my hand at giving the voices in my mind free reign on paper. So, I began to write. Do I think I'm good at this? Truthfully, yes. I think I've written a few things worth reading. I enjoy them if no one else does. Everything else I do is judged by other people and in most of those things what they think matters, like at home, at school, at work. These are mine, my writings are, and to be honest again, my satifaction with what I write is all that matters. I have written much, but completed few. Currently, I have too many irons in the fire, and I am trying to finish a few of them, but more characters come to life in my dreams and then haunt me during my days until I at least begin to give them life in this world. What I have posted are compete, and possibly in the future, I will begin posting another story, but for now, what I have is all I can give. What are my stories about? If you wouldn't mind, scroll down. The little summaries you see below each title are very good at answering that question. Now, I will not say that if you read my stories that you should feel compelled to review them. Honestly, I do not do that myself. If I find something really good but in need of a few tweakings, then usually I will, but I do not review religiously and I do not expect you to, either. However, I welcome suggestions on what I could do to make what I've done better. So, if you, my dearest guest, are one of those who are free with their suggestions, feel free to do so. Having said that, allow me to say this. I will accept harsh critism. I will not accept unnecessary rudeness. Tell me that my story is bad if you want, and then tell me why, but be very careful how you do that. I try to be respectful of the authors that I review, and I simply ask the same courtesy in return. Now! After all that, if I haven't run you away, I imagine that you are ready to see what I have to offer. Please, if you'll follow me down this way... | |||||||
