I've been writing off and on for a really long time. I think since before the world was in color. :)
I
used to belong to 3 writers workshops, have had a couple of short
stories published and won 3rd place in a western writer's contest.
Science Fiction author Jerry Pournelle once said that writer's
workshops are great for wriers starting out but didn't recommend them
for those ready to explore and expand their own creativity and writing
skills. I'm starting to agree with him.
Yes, he and Larry Niven are two of my favorite authors. But I'll read just about anything.
I love old movies, dogs & cats, Sci/Fi, and this is my 1st attempt at writing a fantasy novel. .
I like constructive
feed-back. So feel free to fill me in on any; grammatical &
mechanical errors as well as to let me know how the plot and character
development is going.

As of 11/28/06 I am
deleting my account. Since the site updates, I haven't been able to
upload story additions and I can't get any help.
The past 3 days
have been wasted on trying to figure it out and so I am moving on to a
more user friendly atmosphere. I do appreciate those who have helped
and supported me. I just signed up at another site for those who would
like to keep up with the story. I posted a short story there and
