Author has written 25 stories for General, General, Life, Haiku, Nature, Essay, Romance, Fantasy, and Love. Name: Well, I'll just use my penname, which is Adrienne C. Porter Age: 18 DoB: 17 August 1990 Appearence: Short blonde hair, dark brown eyes, about 5'10", and I'm so not telling you my weight. I usually wear dark clothes and, if I'm feeling especially odd, a hooded black cape. Gender: Female Orientation: Bisexual Location: New York My Future: Going to college for a double major in English and Secondary Education. I'll be doing NaNoWriMo for the first time next November for the sequel to Beyond the End if I'm finished with the first book by then (unlikely :P, I'll probably work on that one next November). I'm thinking of calling it To the Beginning, and I already have the general plotline worked out for it, which is good xD. When I finish Beyond the End, it'll probably be taken down for extreme amounts of editing and then--who knows?--it might appear on the shelves of your local bookstore. So look for it, m'ok? And maybe even buy it to support this poor author! (--Begging face--) But once it's down off the site, it's down, so I just want to let y'all know that before the fact.
Stories: Beyond the End--in progress, Chapter 9 currently being written (about halfway through...it's coming rather slowly o.O). Also, I managed to lose the flash drive it was all stored on, so updates are now even more unlikely to happen for a while. Sorry guys!! :( Sleeping Sun--complete The Djinn Queen--complete, in process of editing The Rose--complete, in process of editing Cooking or Baking?--Humorous one shot based on an argument with a friend about the difference between cooking and baking. Slight romance, nothing major. The Raven--Poem that I've actually turned into a song. Enjoy! There are two versions, the shorter of which is currently the only one turned into a song. Upcoming Projects: Corlanis--Currently in the very early stages of writing. It's my very first attempt at yaoi (M/M romance), so it may take me a little longer than the rest of my stories. I'm also interested in finishing Beyond the End before getting really into a new story. But look for it around September! I'll also likely have it broken up into three or four "parts", which will each have about 7 or 8 chapters each, the way it's looking now. There likely will not be any lemons, but it will still be rated M due to the fact that there is quite a lot of violence and angst. The Nutmeg Killer--My first attempt at a crime novel. I'm going to try to inject (no pun intended...you'll see what I mean momentarily) some of my Forensics knowledge into the story. Basically, nutmeg is extremely poisonous when injected intravenously. A killer is now on the loose in Providence, RI, using this knowledge. It's up to Cami Jasmine and her partner Angie Shaginaw to catch this killer before their own lives are put in jeopardy.
PLEASE READ My computer is currently in my downstairs living room waiting to go to a good friend of mine to be scrapped for parts. I'm using my mom's computer for the time being, and will be getting my own computer this summer. I'll be able to return reviews a little more quickly, as well as update a bit more frequently.
