My name is Nikki and I'm a senior in high school. I love writing, but you already know that, so I'll tell you something you don't know. I'm the epitome of nerd: Love = Science, Band, and Video Games. I'm a pretty open-minded person, and I'd love to get to know you. The people around me, literally, mean everything to me. Relationships between people are real and the most beautiful thing I've seen in this world. I like approval, but I by no means need it.

Extended Summary:

Vieovita is a land of four distinct provinces. From the obsidan caves of Caelestis that mimic the stars, to Aduron, whose leaves glimmer with false fire. From the frozen waterfalls of Sileos, to the cloud canopies of Divumdra. A land endowed with Vita, the stem-cells of creation. This strange energy circulates through the planet's core, through the people, through the universe. Off Vita, the people thrive. It runs through their veins as blood runs through ours.

But with this power, comes strife over its possession. On the brink of war, Avery, who has been endowed with the gift to craft Vita, along with her companions: Krys, the dazzling, empathetic illusionist with scarlet eyes who needs to learn a thing or two about self-preservation; Axel, Krys' best friend, with the gift of strength and a natural sense of loyalty; Casidy, the violet-eyed shapeshifter, whom Krys adores and Eden envies, and Euclid, the disgruntled, old weather witch who mentored Cassidy and Krys, must rely on each other to gather support against a revolution that shouldn't have started in the first place.
