1. The Deadman's Carnival and Circus (excerpt)

This is part of a story that's being worked on. It takes place from the point of view of Mara who is the knife girl in the Circus. Due to her temper she has a hard time keeping her partners alive. One small mistake and their head will join her collection. This part is after Mara finds out that Dorian is the one who killed the man who took her in and was like a father to her.
