| A Nameless Writer |
Author has written 5 stories for Nature, General, Love, Fantasy, and Life. My name is Emilie. I am sixteen years old and I live in southern Ontario Canada. I major in english and writing courses at my highschool and I am an aspiring writer/journalist/playright/novelist etc. I have a passion for music and writing, and the best books that describe my love of books and writing are Inkheart and Inkspell by Cornelia Funke. Other authors I admire are C.S. Lewis, Kenneth Oppel, Ray Bradbury, Darren Shan, Mark Brown, J.K. Rowling and of course William Shakespeare. I hope to become as an imaginative, creative genius as those stated. I am usually a writer of fantasy and things unreal, but I love to try my hand at every genre possible. A book I have been writing, editing and re-writing since I was eleven is pure medieval fantasy. It basically describes my own personal idea of heaven. Through those five years of writing this story, it has never been finished. But I found I also love writing mystery and crime pieces. I am not very talented with poems, but I like to try my hand at it whenever I can. Practice is what usually creates success, does it not? So please read through the samples I am giving off to this site, because I would really love some constructive criticism to see if this type of career is worth pursuing. If you ask, I will deffinitely take the time to comment back on your works. Thanks for taking time to read, and enjoy! | |||||||
