My name is Steph, I'm 22, and I'm from Washington State. I recently graduated from college with a B.A. in History/Social Studies; I'm endorsed to teach Secondary Social Studies; I'll soon be endorsed to teach Middle Level Language Arts/Social Studies; and I'm about to embark upon student teaching in order to complete my teaching certification. I like medieval history, coffee, fictional men, chocolate, period dramas, and being on a boat, and I can usually be found dancing around in my room to various boy bands.

I'm still doing a lot of writing, but I'm no longer posting it here; these days, I'm posting it over at The Write Away, a private Livejournal community for people to post their work without having to worry about plagiarism. Currently my interests are in YA fantasy and dystopia, although I still write a lot of poetry, as well.

Thanks to everyone who read and commented on everything I've written over the years! It's because of all of you that I kept writing, and because I kept writing that I it grew to be such an important part of me that I don't want to worry about anybody stealing it. Good luck to all of you! :)
