I'm finding I love to write novels. I might not be that good yet, but hey you've got to start somewhere right?
I love to travel, been to 19 different countries in my life so far. And I'm not planning to stop any time soon. I find I love writing about strange cultures that I've made up, yet I've drawn from what I've seen in my travels.
I like writing fantasy, but I'm working on a thriller right now. Not sure how that one is going to go.
Writing isn't my life, it's apart of my life. It adds to my life, but it doesn't dictate who I am and where I'm going.
The Oak:
This story had been in development for near four years now. It's transformed for it's original form, in fact my first drafts of the story insight me to laugh aloud when I read them. Characters names have evolved, and heroes have changed a handfull of times.
If you read and find yourself asking "Why does he introduce this person/idea and not finish it at all?" It is because the story is longer than one book could fit. I'm working on a sequel, but only one more book...this isn't some sort of trilogy.
