Hello there and welcome to my little corner of fiction press! I'm a 20 year old college student who has never had a great deal of success in writing but I still enjoy it. After battling with my self esteem as to whether or not my writing was really good enough for a book, I decided to take the plunge here first and see what sort of reaction I get. I have a marvelously active mind as far as ideas go. It seems like I don't have enough time in the day to churn out everything that pops into my head, but as an amazing author of one of my favorite series (The Secret Text- Holly Lisle) advises, "If an idea comes into your head and leaves, don't fret, you'll remember the ideas that need to stay."
I base most of my stories on Fantasy, but I am a fan of British literature such as Jane Eyre, Wuthering Heights, and other older stories such as The Scarlette Letter or the play The Importance of Being Earnest. I dabble in other genres, such as horror, and sometimes in Sci-Fi, but Fantasy is definitely my comfort zone!
Currently my favorite book of all time is Memoirs of a Geisha, and my favorite non-fiction book is Cesar's Way.
I hope I didn't leave too much to be desired in my profile, but if I did I am always open to a bit of a textual kick in the bum, so to speak, to get me to write something a little more organized.
