11/07/08:
So chapter twelve of The Candy Man was supposed to be up two days ago, but as you can see that didn't happen. I've re-written it several times, but something's not right each time it comes out. While I won't make any promises, it should be up in about a week . . . hopefully.
In other news . . . I've decided to start (and finish!) editing 10 Reason's I hate Drew Hartner. It was my first story, and while parts of it were good some were just flat out rough, and burn my eyes when I read them. I'm tentatively hoping that the new version will be completed, along with The Candy Man, by spring at the latest.
Lastly, Thank You so much to everyone that has been reading! I'll try to crank out the next chapter as soon as possible!

10 Reason's I hate Drew Hartner and The Candy Man
Anjali Jai Shah: She's not the most beautiful girl out there, but she is striking in her own way. I guess it's a kind of beauty that not everyone gets. She has a bit of an innocent look about her that contradicts her tough attitude. She also has the ability to look extremely fierce when she wants. Anjali is also very tall and slender, she's about five eleven, and doesn't have many curves.
Andrew William Hartner: Drew is good looking, and very tall. He's about six foot six, but he's not gangly and awkward. He's charismatic, the town's golden boy and has a way of drawing people to him.
Melissa Andra Hartner: Melissa stands tall at five elven and has the ability to stun boys speechless when she enters a room, but she does all she can to detract from it. She dyes her hair different colors constantly, and has a penchant for outrageous makeup. She's somewhat eccentric, and self delusional. She's a nurturing person, who would rather focus on her friends' problems than her own.
Jerome Barner: Jerome is my favorite! He's just adorable, and he's got a killer smile. He's a year younger than Drew, Anjali and Melissa, and about six feet tall. He's not as naturally gifted at soccer as Drew is, but he is very tenacious. He's a laid back guy that doesn't really like to participate in the drama that surrounds him, unfourtunately he gets sucked in anyways.
Trina (Trinity) Knite: Trina is Melissa's only friend at college. She's a maneater, blunt, to the point, and sometimes can come off as bitchy. She doesn't apologize for her flaws, and takes great pride in her looks. She's very tall at about six foot one and has a body of an amazon.
Dustin Tyler Schonals: Dustin isn't the best looking guy out there but there's something about his demeanor that draws women in. He's tall at six foot ten and has tattoos that cover his arms. He's cocky and arrogant, but there's something absolutely loveable about him beneath the surface. You'll have to use your imagination for his eyes since they're supposed to be gray.
Mark Schonals: Dustin's older brother. He's the oldest of the Schonals kids, and Sonia's husband.
Sonia Schonals: Mark's wife, and Dustin's sister in-law. She has a warm and caring personality, and is compassionate. I imagined her as one of those people that has a glass half full kind of an attitude.
Aliana Schonals: Dustin's older sister, she is the second oldest of the Schonals kids. She has the same lanky build as Dustin, the family's trademark gray eyes, and titan colored locks that all the Schonals girls have. She is very protective of Dustin, but in a less loud and obnoxious way than her sisters.
Bridget Schonals: Dustin's middle, and younger sister. She has a condescending aura about her, and doesn't mince her words. While she can be mean sometimes the intentions behind her actions are pure.
Lucy Schonals: Dustin's youngest sister, and the second youngest of the Schonals kids. Like Bridget she is quick to judge, but there is a bit of innocence about her.
Troy Schonals: Dustin's younger brother, and the youngest of the Schonals kids. Unlike the rest of the family he is removed from all the drama.
Paul Best: Melissa's ex. He's the golden good boy type, but there's something menacing about him underneath the surface. I pictured him as your typical jock with a superiority complex. He is the polar opposite of Melissa, and it eventually lead to the down fall of their relationship.
Norah Stone: Dustin's ex. She's not stunning like Melissa, but is more of a girl next door type. She has a sweet personality, and is a genuinely nice person.
