Hi,
Read, review, be merry.
Tell me if you think my genre or ratings are a little off. Not good at categorising things.
Suggestions and criticism are more than welcome.
Zeb.
I also write not entirely straight fiction (it's kind of bendy) as purplesparklebunny ( http://www.fictionpress.com/~purplesparklebunny )
I thought people worried by me starting so many new things would appreciate some sort of idea about my 'game plan', so... a general update schedule for you...
Mise en Place - always takes me a while to write and the plot is quite slow moving with a fair few strands that need pulling together. As I don't want to ruin it, this is a long-haul piece that will come out eventually!
Out of Bounds - writes fairly smoothly and it's fun, but sometimes it takes a while for inspiration to hit. This will probably be my fastest updated story (depending on my mood).
Cold Turkey (I don't really like that title) - seems to come in fits and starts. At the moment I am not expecting (or planning) for it to be 'full length', but it may end up writing itself longer than I intend.
Lost Boys and Lies - has been sitting on my computer and in my brain for a good few months now. I want to get it written, which is why I've put it up here (to force myself to get my ideas down on paper). Again, I would be surprised if this gets 'full length'.
Pictures (from when my characters take over everything in my head) can be found at http://duck-or-shed.deviantart.com/
So far there are two of Matt and Abe (Technicoloured Something), and there is an Adam, Joe and Basset one (With Intent). Others will follow, I'm sure.
Also... for general information - my avatar image is by a cartoonist called Dan Shive, who writes a pretty damn awesome webcomic called El Goonish Shive, featuring a squirrel girl, magic stuff, aliens, a sex-change gun and lots of gender bending (what more could you want?) - http://elgoonishshive.com
