Silent Ink

I hear the words inside my head,
They scream and yell to be free!
I clench my teeth, and walk away,
Hiding once more, the real me.

I hide my head, and close my heart,
Willing away their peircing cries.
I will not show who I truly am,
Will not reveal me to peircing eyes.

Someday my work will be known worldwide,
My life completing the grandest link.
But until then, I feel content
Just to remain, as silent ink.
