About the stories below: I started off writing fanfiction (my account at Fanfiction.net has the same penname) and have relatively recently started writing original work. "Recently" means about a year and a half ago. I generally try to shoot for longer chapter stories/novels, but then I run out of steam. And so, I do have a few short pieces as well. Generally the characters I use are based off of real people that I know. I have never written a non-fiction work, so none of these are true stories, but most of them were inspired by true events and true people. I used to NEVER write poetry, until I took a class on sonnets that got me interested in those, and then eventually found the forms restricting (at times, but there are benefits to it, too) so I ventured out into freeverse. My poems are all babies in that they are all young, so be gentle with them. I started writing poetry about a half a year ago.
About me in general: Well, I'm a Christian, but I have a few "different" beliefs than mainstream Christianity because of some bigger semi-traumatic experiences I've had. As for writing, I have been writing for as long as I can
remember; I think I started about in 4th grade. Right now I'm just your
average college student. Basic interests include music, movies, hanging
out with friends, dancing, and working on Spanish. Spanish is a main
love in my life, along with Japanese culture. I'm studying Spanish and Business (double-major, lots of studying). I'm also self-studying Japanese, but it's slow going.
News: For those who care at all about me, I was recently published. "Unspoken" is on the second page of a book that my school released. I was very honored because I was the youngest author in there, and also the only person who was not an English major. I've also been published several times at my high school, but I've never been published in a "real" book (meaning, I've never made money from my work.) But that's okay, because I'm not in it for the money. This is purely a side hobby, I just love being able to share my stuff with others.
