Writing:
I write from a Christian perspective.
Maelstrom is the first novel I've managed to complete in three years, so you could say I'm rather fond of it and proud. Granted, I'll be the first to admit it needs some major renovations, but I like it for the most part.
Take Me Anywhere: for anyone who may actually remember that feeble attempt at a new love story, it is still taking a huge toll on my creative juices. It's a story that I have been working on for over a year now and still cannot find the perfect beginning, and I am afraid I'm losing the honesty of it as I am getting farther from the high school mentality. I am not in that setting every day of my life anymore, making the integrity of the characters (who are high school students) slightly less. However, with that said, my new experiences are showing me more character traits they need to develop.
I am a college student studying to be an historian and literature-guru. I plan to be an archaeologist one day and homeschool my kids in the field.
I have recently discovered the joy and pleasure of the Twilight series and am very glad that I discovered it after all the books were out. Waiting in anxiety for a new book in a popular series is time-consuming. Midnight book parties = fun but are tough to keep up with.
