Jan. 30. 2008 - My first SKOW nom. (i'm proud, haha)
I'm guessing you're here because you've read my story and want to know a little bit more about the type of writer I am ... if not, well I guess you'll find out anyways.
I'm a Grade 12 Canadian student, living in a small town, and going to an even smaller private school. I love writing. It's what I do to relieve myself of bottled up feelings, share ideas and relax. I've been writing for about 7 years now. Writing is really my passion, and I write well under pressure, which I suppose is kind of weird but it happens to a lot of people I know, so I'm not alone lol. I get almost all of my inspiration by listening to music. Any kind. The heartstrings are the most beautiful sounding instrument on the face of this planet: a wonderful combination of a piano, harp and violin. Ah!
I try to promote inter-racial stories, just because there really don't seem to be that many here, and carry through with the inter-racial theme in my stories which people seem to like:)
I love finding pictures for the characters in my stories. It's half the fun of writing it; having a picture to go with the words, you know?
To everyone who has read/reviewed my stories: thank you. To anyone who wants to read/review: be my guest!
I currently have four stories up:
Through her Own Eyes: Victorian Era; fantasy...a golden medallion spurs murder, deciet and questions for Giselle. Questions, which only Anthony can fully answer. Completed
Clean Up On Aisle 9: Humor. It all started with me wanting some real tomato soup, and ended with me jumping into his shopping cart and crashing into a rack of magazines with peanut butter all over my pants. Yep: 'shit' had quite literally become my word of the day. Completed.
Divine Offering: On a ship bound from India to London, Anjali hopes she can find some form of adventure. Prince Issac finds her first, and she is thrust into the world of royality, court and protocol. In-progress
Anjali
Five Cokes and a Horror Movie: He tried to rescue me. I thought he was some scarfaced murderer. Forget fairytales and flowers, my romance started with five Cokes and seven hours of horror movies. Dysfunctional? You have no idea! In-Progress
Zarina
Jess
Ana
My Human Cellphone: Pushing his buttons was the only thing that entertained me. In-progress...nearing completion.
