I decided I should update my profile now, even though the essentials haven't changed much.
My Name is Megan.
I have wild wavy red hair, blue eyes, and pale skin.
I'm fourteen
My birthday is October 2nd
I adore reading
I love to write
I am Christian but support gay rights. My stories are decidedly non-Christian, unless I choose to write about my religion.
My first major book was Harry Potter, I read it in first grade, its what inspired me to read as much as I do.
The book Twilight inspired me to write, though I have now expanded my influences. Stephenie Meyer's style hardly influences mine anymore, though I still like her books. I find more inspiration in JK Rowling and Liba Bray, though in my short stories you will find a bit more of Ms. Meyer's influence (typically: Character development and character centric plots) because I don't have time for the rambling plot lines and back stories that are the mark of my longer stories. Also, those rambling plot-line stories take a lot of thought.
I'm a very busy person. I play sports, am in all AP classes, and I am active in performing arts. I have little to no spare time, and that which isn't wasted being dumb with my friends is usually spent writing or reading. I have to work really hard to keep my love of writing going, and if you would drop a nice review, it would be very appreciated.

I've deleted all my old, inactive stories from eons ago, and decided to make a new rule. I'm not going to start submitting stories until they're completely finished and beta read. That being said, I'm on th ehunt for a beta! You probably won't hear from me for a long time, but I'm cooking up some good stories, and as soon as they're done, I'm going to upload a chapter per week.
And, I survived Hurricane Ike! Yay!
GOOD BOOKS -> (I should have you know that I'm very picky about my books. They must be the best before I choose to like them).
Harry Potter By: JK Rowling
Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn By: Stephenie Meyer
The Age of Innocence By: Edith Wharton
Mythology By: Edith Hamilton
To Kill a Mockingbird by: Harper Lee
Pride and Prejudice by: Jane Austen (I recommend all her books, though Pride and Prejudice is an essential)
A Christmas Story By: Charles Dickens (Ditto for him)
A Great and Terrible Beauty, Rebel Angels, and The Sweet Far Thing By: Liba Bray
The Chronicles of Narnia By: C.S. Lewis
- I will update this list when I think of more, and when I have more time!
You can find me here on facebook I'll add you, but please don't write about my stories on my wall, because my friends don't know I write, and I'm not going to tell them any time soon, but I'd LOVE to talk to you if you have the time
