Hey, I'm Suave Dares.

I'm a high school guy, who enjoys writing. My favorite genre (to write, not read) is romance (don't ask why; because I certainly do) probably because it's the easiest fantasy to relate to real life. My hobbies are writing, working out and (of course) messing around with my friends.

I am working on my literary skills at the moment, so I'm mainly sticking with short one shots. For now.

Read and review, because I'd love to have some input to how I write.

That's all for now

Poetry is what gets lost in translation. ~Robert Frost~

Poetry is my way of portraying my views or feelings on certain subjects, which is why I enjoy writing.

Poets are soldiers that liberate words from the steadfast possession of definition. ~Eli Khamarov, The Shadow Zone~

I enjoy writing poems that show a different perspective on a certain subject and gives the reader a chance to think differently.

A poet can survive everything but a misprint. ~Oscar Wilde~

Spelling and grammar errors are my weaknesses and you may find some in my material, so I apologise in advance.

A true poet does not bother to be poetical. Nor does a nursery gardener scent his roses. ~Jean Cocteau~

Many of you must find this true, you may not try to me poetic but it comes to you naturally. This is one of the things I enjoy about poetry.

A poet looks at the world the way a man looks at a woman. ~Wallace Stevens, Opus Posthumous, 1957~

Poetry heals the wounds inflicted by reason. ~Novalis~

Story List:

Unrequited: This was a spur of the moment thing; minimal though or effort, just a vent for feelings. Kinna cliche, but then again, a lot of my stuff is. One of my personal favorites atm. oneshot

The Painting: The first story I've written. Short, and sweet and one of my fav's. Try a read, because I would love some reviews to how I write. oneshot

Battles of the Bast: Historical fiction: Depicting a battle, the summery pretty much summerizes it all. oneshot

A Light for the Dark: WOP. My first READ plot story, and I have all 3 chapters planned out for it. Estimated 30,000 words. Hopefully .

A Life Worth Living: My first non-romance, and I would say the most depressing. SPOILER The ending after all is him killing himself.
However, I would say it's okay, but not my best. Read at a whim.
