My name is Maline Elensar (you dont really think id put my real name here) and im fifteen years old

In my life I hope to be able to bring some light back to this darkened world and help people to understand that it doesn’t matter what we look like on the outside its what’s on the inside that counts.

My main hobbies are reading, going on the computer (reading on the internet) and writing poetry I also enjoy researching historical events.

My view on the world is what many people would call depressing as I believe that we are killing the planet which will eventually lead to not only the end of all wildlife but the extinction of the human race as well, I also believe that the worlds governments are irretrievably corrupt and that they will do anything for the people who offer the right amount of money also most people in this world are afraid of anybody who departs from the accepted societal norms (i.e. transgender people).

I don’t really have a favourite singer or band it’s sort of a tie between Avril Lavigne and Blind Guardian I also don’t really have a favourite song that’s a tie between, When Time Stands Still At The Iron Hill (Blind Guardian), Sk8ter Boi (Avril Lavigne) and Lonely girl (Sandi Thom).

I hate people who think the world revolves around them and people who purposely hurt or abuse people (especially any member of my Family) I like to be alone a lot and I really like history, I love walking especially through bushland or forest but I hate the fact that I cant do that anymore (major problem with living in the suburbs) and I also hate that there are very few natural places to walk anymore anyway.

My favourite author is J.R.R. Tolkien and my favourite books are anything written by him I also like Harry Potter but I did not like the last book and do not consider it to be the true ending to the series (as I read a lot of fanfiction I consider Harry Potter And The Nightmares Of Futures Past to be the correct ending to the series even though that story has not yet been finished and was not written by J.K. Rowling).

I enjoy watching horror movies my favourites are Nightmare On Elm Street Three and Dog soldiers I also enjoy war movies but im not really into comedy or action.

The biggest inspiration to me is J.R.R. Tolkien the things that he wrote are amazing, reading through it I can imagine it having happened in a time now long forgotten and it seems to me the most magnificent thing anybody could have imagined.

I am not one of the lucky ones. I killed myself just weeks before graduating high school. It was simply too much to bear.

We are the couple who had the realtor hang up on us when she found out we wanted to rent a one-bedroom for two men.

I am the person who never knows which bathroom I should use if I want to avoid getting the management called on me.

I am the mother who is not allowed to even visit the children I bore, nursed, and raised. The court says I am an unfit mother because I now live with another woman.

I am the domestic-violence survivor who found the support system grow suddenly cold and distant when they found out my abusive partner is also a woman.

I am the domestic-violence survivor who has no support system to turn to because I am male.

I am the father who has never hugged his son because I grew up afraid to show affection to other men.

I am the home-economics teacher who always wanted to teach gym until someone told me that only lesbians do that.

I am the woman who died when the EMTs stopped treating me as soon as they realized I was transsexual. (yes, this actually happened)

I am the person who feels guilty because I think I could be a much better person if I didnt have to always deal with society hating me.

I am the man who stopped attending church, not because I don't believe, but because they closed their doors to my kind.

I am the person who has to hide what this world needs most, love.

I am the person ashamed to tell my own friends im a lesbian, because they constantly make fun of them.

I am the boy tied to a fence, beaten to a bloody pulp and left to die because two straight men wanted to "teach me a lesson"

I am the teen who lost all his friends because I told them about me

I am the girl who has to hide who she is because so many people are prejuidiced against transsexuals
