News:

I can't see me getting back into Skin Deep to be honest. It's... kind of rubbish and I hate the plotline. I got fairly obsessed with Harry Potter again and might have a bash at some fanfiction for that but otherwise nothing is looming. I'm just horrifically busy and uninspired at the moment.

Old News:

Skin Deep is... being thought about but I don't know how likely it is I'll write more soon as I'm very, very busy. I've started a new story, a fantasy, which I may or may not continue. A couple of people asked about continuing Skin Deep- the answer is I want to, but I think it means taking it down and starting again. I'd quite like to because it has potential but as it stands it's too shallow and written too thoughtlessly.

About Me:

I'm vain and selfish. I love reading, writing, people, being alone, beautiful things, beautiful people, being a bitch, being sweet, confusing people, flirting, blue eyes, acting.

I'm 18, I go to a girls' boarding school in Cheltenham, England. It's awesome. I love my hair and my face but I hate my body. I live in the middle of nowhere and I get bored and then I write or read, a lot. Living with your friends all the time is fun but tiring. I'm also arrogant and insecure. I want a fairytale but I don't believe in them. I think I'm pretty and people tell me I'm beautiful but I would change how I looked if I had the chance.

I love music. www.last.fm/user/Rocks911 is me. Feel free to add me.

I hate Coldplay and Razorlight.

My email is graceful_fall@hotmail.co.uk - msn me or email me if you like.

And lastly, my name is Bella, short for Arabella.

Stories:

Skin Deep (formerly Chronicles of a Bohemian Rich Kid)

Other than the first chapter this should be better written than Uprooted. This is a story about someone who has no real meaning in their life, someone who is disillusioned, cynical and superficial, finding themselves and a more content, less materialistic life.

Vivienne Russell has it all- looks, money, popularity and confidence. She's not happy but surely that's not that important, right? When her boyfriend and best-friend betray her in the most obvious sense she, in a fit of rage, decides to get drunk and sparks off what will become a routine for her. She's never been loved or had real attention from her parents and they, not realising their daughter's vulnerable state, finally decide to get divorced and send her to live with their friends, the Callaghans, in London for the rest of the year.
In London she is left completely alone and friendless for weeks while the Callaghan twin children her age are tanning in Marbella and the parents, like her own, are just far too busy.

She ends up in an infamous club owned by Donovan Mansfield, a ruthless, Irish twenty-four year old with, apparently, no heart and a reputation even bigger than Vivienne's allowance. She's living with the Callaghan twins: arrogant Xander and bitchy Penelope. And then there's Ashton, Xander's enemy and the school bad boy. And the exiled Callaghan sister no one talks about but everyone remembers.

At school everyone talks about her and makes her feel, for the first time in her life, like an outcast. Hurt and proud, she's ice-cold and rude to everyone except a certain blonde-haired James Dean fan.

Vivienne is lost and lonely but does she really need a hero to save her?

Poems

I don't write much poetry because I was told I had a talent for it. Doesn't make sense, I know but that's how I am sometimes. My favourite poet is Yeats. I think his poetry is heartbreakingly beautiful. I love TS Elliot as well.

I'm very insecure about my poems, but if you're here read and review them.
