Salutations! I am whatever you'd like to call me, and this is my profile. I'm not all that serious about writing (as in it definitely won't be my major), but it is something I would really like to improve on. Plus, it's one of the best alternatives to homework known to studentkind!

Yeah, I know, Google has conquered the internet in terms of best search engine ever!! ...Only too bad it doesn't give money to charity. So please, I know Google (especially iGoogle!) is awesome and everything, but use GoodSearch instead. I saw someone mention it on their FP profile and have been using it ever since. You can choose from nearly any charity in the world, including small local ones only near you, and every time you search for something (only text searches, though -- no image/video/whatever searches) GoodSearch donates one cent to that charity. And yeah, it's not a lot, but think of how many times you search for stuff. It adds up. :)

Things that make me smile: my four Siamese cats, penguins, pigs, anything c u t e and f l u f f y, fairy dust (commonly known as glitter), little kids (currently working at a summer camp with 1st graders), bright colors, BuBbLeS, musical theatre, chorus, stickers, nice people, s u m m e r, the mountains, the beach, dressing up, talking to my friends, r e c y c l i n g, shopping, books (that I do judge by their covers :P), high school

Things that make me frown: l i t t e r i n g, people who think they're the center of the world, girls who feel the world centers around boys, (s t u p i d) politicians, the fact that everything you do must be college-approved, rainy days, cold weather, most crusts, c r u n c h y bread, warm cheese, high school

So I haven't exactly been writing everyday, but whatever. I'm still writing. :) And poems at that -- who knew they could be so wonderful to write?
Also, I recently cleaned out my Favorite Stories List because it was getting insanely long and was bothering me immensely, but don't feel bad if I took yours off. Really. I just haaaaate long lists. :P I love how the last story I removed just so happened to make the list an even fifty...a little more than half of what I had before.

"Judging people is like putting negative post-it notes on your heart." -- Anonymous.

"Mahatma Gandhi, as you know, walked barefoot most of the time, which produced an impressive set of calluses on his feet. He also ate very little, which made him rather frail and with his odd diet, he suffered from bad breath. This made him... A super-calloused fragile mystic hexed by halitosis." -- Unknown

"She (Galinda) reasoned that because she was beautiful she was significant, though what she signified, and to whom, was not clear to her yet." (Wicked the book, page 65)

"Galinda didn't often stop to consider whether she believed in what she said or not; the whole point of conversation was flow." (Wicked the book, page 79)

"'I don't read very well. So I don't think very well either.' Galinda smiled. 'I dress to kill, though.'" (Wicked the book, page 80)

"'Hardly more than a kitten,' said Doctor Nikidik. 'I had thought to call it Prrr, but it shivers more often than it purrs, so I call it Brrr instead.'" (Wicked the book, page 145)

"'I brought you his axe. I thought you might bewitch it and cause it to kill him.'
'Fie,' said Elphaba, but Nessarose said, 'Oh well, that wouldn't be very nice.'
'Very nice?' Elphie said. 'No indeed it wouldn't be very nice, Nessie.'" (Wicked the book, page 314)

"'Well, I stick with my suggestion,' said Avaric. 'Evil isn't doing bad things, it's feeling bad about them afterward.'" (Wicked the book, page 370)
