I wonder if people actually read these or not...hmmm ah well. I'm another writer dreaming of the far-off possibility of becoming a novelist. But I still enjoy sharing my work, and since publication is a loooooong way off, if ever, I thought I'd share my work with you. You'll certainly notice the bizarre thread of humor running throughout my work. That's just me, so don't worry if it's not your cup of tea. Shurfle started the ball rolling so I thought I would add to it as well. Because truly 200 characters is not enough space for a good story description. So here goes...

Wicked Ones: In a small kingdom far away a man named Dirx, the local hero of his village, has been captured and imprisoned by the strange and foreboding leader of a monsterous army. But we don't really care about him. His best friend Berk on the other hand is proving to be of interest. Brave and somewhat suicidal Berk, the local tavern keeper of his small village, has gone to the Frozen Mountains in search of the legendary monster rumored to dwell there. Thinking to battle one monster with another he seeks to gain the legendary Dark Hag's help. Only the Dark Hag and her companions are nothing like he expected, and Berk never thought that a deal with the Wicked Ones would make the lines of man, monster, right, and wrong blur so much.

Lucking Out: Seven years ago a civil war broke out in their kingdom, and at the heart of it was a single woman. Banished for her crimes to a forgotten realm, she took the only clue to the whereabouts of the Royal Family's most precious relic. Now after the end of the war, Fenrir, Krass, and Murdock, three powerful warriors of the kingdom must search for her in a land where humanity erodes away in the face of ancient magics. They must find a woman who doesn't wish to be found, evade and foil the schemes of their formerly conquered enemies, and recover the relic to the High King taking his throne, all without losing their own humanity and honor in the process. They'll need all the luck they can get.

Priceless Stories: Draelle, it's a realm of magic and mystery, one in desperate need of heroes. Enter Stabby, Twisty, Ducty, Smexy, and Hexy. No, they're not the new line of dwarves! As part of a desperate bargain to save their home world Earth, the fearsome, fighting, five have agreed to do the dirty work of Draelle in exchange for the salvation of their planet. Only no one told them that they would be fighting royal bad fashion sense, evil clown bunnies, body-builder elves, over-sized rodents, and an economy in recession. If you're gonna risk your life for someone, they should at least pay a little more than minimum wage darn it! These stories are priceless!

So there you go, enjoy the bizarre humor! I'm working on the next chapter of Lucking Out and Wicked Ones is in progresss, and the new Priceless should be up soon!
