Favorite Movie: Hands down "V for Vendetta". "Pan's Labyrinth" came close.

Favorite Books: Everything Gregory Maguire has written or will write. The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas might just be my favorite book. Beware the complete unabridged version, reading it is just short of a marathon, took me just under a year to finish it. I love The Sweet Trade by James L. Nelson (aka Elizabeth Garrett ). I love classics like Little Women, Dracula, The Scarlet Letter, etc. The Birth of Venus by Sarah Dunant was good. Fire from heaven, The Persian Boy, and Funeral Games, all by Mary Renault. I love all of Tamora Pierce's books that are in the Tortall universe, but I think The Provost Dog series is her best thus far. Her books are what first got me hooked on the fantasy genre, love them. The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. Anything by Douglass Adams. When the Air Hits Your Brain by Frank Vertosick Jr., MD. Love The Princess Bride. I just read an older book called My Brothers Keeper by Marcia Davenport. I picked it up because its title is what I was going to call my 'We are Our Own Keepers', but I changed my mind after I read My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult. Mrs. Davenport's book ended up being very good, if you can find it, I recommend it.
