Author has written 40 stories for General, Biography, Kids, Life, Horror, Love, Fantasy, Thriller, Fantasy, Song, and Essay. Introduction Hello there! I'm Jessie Jean M. (last name hidden). Once my friends made up a joke. They said "Jessie Jean" sounds like a super hero, and I should use that if I ever make a super hero comic one day (I think super heros are kinda corny, though, and draw manga, not action comics. I do like Archies, though!). I decided to use JessieJean as my pen name for Fiction Press... You can find me by Goddess Jeshi on fanfiction.net, too. Well, let's see. I love, to my defintion, the 'fine arts'. That includes writing, reading, drawing, music and drama. I write everyday, of course read everyday (though I admit it's not always rich liteature), draw almost everyday (I mean to, but sometimes I forget), listen to music and sing everyday (plus sometimes fool around on one of our intrustments, we've got many), and act everyday (goofting off or in a play, wide range). I'm not excatly sure what I'll be submitting here... I haven't gotten the chance to look around a lot yet. I think maybe some of the poetry I've done, for starters. I've been planning an oringal story to start on recently, but I'm having a bit of trouble with it. I'm learning a new part about characters in LA, though, and it's surpisingly helpful! I think I'll be able to start soon. I've recently written a good chapters of a story that has no name other than "Adel". It was just susposed to be some random thing I was scribbling down for pratice, but I think it turned out well. If I can actually figure out a plot for it, you might be seeing Adel appearing here! "Updates": most recent updated on June 6th, 2007 My Life: I have moved. We've got a house (it's got a pool!). And stuff. I write about this everyday in my dairy I got just for this turn of events, so I don't feel like talking about it more. But things are going pretty well, I guess. Stories and Poems: I really love fictionpress.com, and am so glad that I joined. I get great critics and inspiring reveiws. It makes me want to write, and helps me write better. Plus, (kinda already said this, but) I finally get some writing done! I don't write much without a reason. Thank you, readers, thank you oh so much. Just keep adding some poems 'nd the like. I do want to get a continuing, long story up here... Yesh, so much to do! Other Stuff For authors who need some help, could use some tips for the future, aren't feeling too steady or just have nothing better to do... You know, just wanna pick up some awesome tips... Holly Lisle's website has great advice, 'tutorials', help and the like from the professional author, Holly Lisle (no duh, huh?)! I myself have never read her books, but I'm thinking of it now that I've seen her write and advise! Holly Lisle is great - I really reccomend her website for all authors! NOTE: It isn't for poetry, really, her website (from what I've seen) is for writing stories, and all about writing them, and about writing (publishing, collab, etc.). Just... Check it out! | |||||||
