Brook Pendleton. That's me. Well, it's me when I'm online. Perhaps you'll know the real me - if I ever get published. Let's see...I write for fun, mostly because I'm bored of the tedious same-old-stuff. I'm a fantasy gal if ever there was one. I love action, but magic of any sort draws me the most. Unfortunately, a lot of the stuff I read is boring - same ol', same ol'. You know the drill. So now I write. Not well. After all, I never seem to get past 20 pages or so. Perhaps having people look at my stuff will help. Perhaps not. I'm willing to experiment. Try new stuff. That's what I'm all about.

Now, if you really want to know all those fun favorites about me, here goes. I love cats, but no longer have any. I have a dog, but she's really dumb. I'm serious. She will chase lights. Like a cat will, but she's dumb about it. For instance, you know the cliche description of a fire: flickering and dancing and such. Well, she subscribes to that belief...and chases those flickering dancing lights. A fire! What a dumb dog. Pools are equally bad, but only during the day because of the sun's reflection. I must say, though, add her plus a laser pointer and you have perfect party entertainment for about half an hour before she just tuckers out from all the chasing and quivering she does. Hmm...what else is there about me...I like chocolate. I have a famous saying among my friends. It helps with my indecisiveness. Here goes: "Eenie, meenie, miney, CHOCOLATE!" Funny, no? Well, you had to be there, I guess. I also enjoy sewing. I like independence and personally, having to buy my clothes from the store means I subscribe to the current fashion, which I don't. I prefer unique clothes. So, when I get the opportunity, I make my own clothes.
