I actually envy people who can write really well without having to think of witty things and it just flows. Me, I have like a stone in my head, blocking the provacative words that would give me 100 percent on writing assignments. My writing isn't bad. It's good. Just good. Nothing great. Nothing mind blowing where you want to read it slowly to savor every bit. Every word.

I need a friend

Where I tell them things

They won't judge

They won't be jealous

They'll believe in me

I can trust them

Hypocrite

Judger

Poser

Won't be things

I'll hear

My oh-so-precious thoughts

Will be safe.

"The young man or woman writing today has forgotten the problems of the human heart in conflict with itself which alone can make good writing because only that is worth writing about. Worth the agony and the sweat"
- William Faulkner
