An end is in sight for 'Deceiving Impressions'. I have FINALLY, FINALLY worked out how to give the ending some justice. Hopefully you'll see the fruits of this soon :) Thanks for sticking by me all this time!

to those still waiting for a chapter, i am so, so sorry, but i think they will be put in hiatus. simply because i have lost in touch with my characters. however... i am writing again. and this may rejog my muse, which just woke up from a long, long sleep.

this is supposed to be the good news...

look out for a story soon co-written with my friend Promiscuous Geek :) and if she keeps prodding me in lectures like she already does, then i will have more willpower to write. which is good, yes? the first chapter will hopefully be coming very, very soon.

the time i have available is being chopped up and thrown into the bin... along with any aspect of my social life. physical pharmacy and physiology are slowly depriving me of any creative inspiration.

and truth be told, i'm growing old. not senile old. but old enough to realise that the stuff i wrote as an idealistic 16 year old doesn't really hold up in real life. i am not saying goodbye to fictionpress, just yet. but don't expect anything too soon, yes? and i am sorry to those who have read my stories and want to see an ending. so do i... but at the moment, i simply haven't got the energy to make it worth your while.
