Hello, my name is Cricky, please call me that. (Like a cricket, get it? Not like 'crikey'.) Anyways, I enjoy writing spontaneously and I absolutely LOVE to read when I find a good book. I surf a lot of the horror because I like to read short stories and I like the differences in plots. If I enjoy reading your story, I'll add it to my favorites.
Recently, I've decided to delete all my stories (but my poems are still up, so feel free to read those). I had too many of them (at least for me they were too many) and I wasn't motivated enough nor interested enough to write about them. So, therefore, I'm starting fresh in the stories department. I may have one up soon, or it may take awhile for me to put up a new story, but either way, I wouldn't cross my fingers for it being soon.
More about myself? I won't specify an age, for security reasons (you can call it paranoia if you'd like, but I won't particularly care). As I said before, I very much enjoy reading. The genres I like are realistic fiction, which I've been reading a lot lately, mangas, fantasy, a lot of short stories, and some classics (my absolute favorite was Gone With the Wind. It was very interesting and I was drawn into it very much. Others I liked were Farenheit 451, Old Yeller, The Secret Garden, and The Little Princess).
Besides reading, I like to ride my bike, roller-blade, surf the net, and play online games. I also like drawing. No, I don't have a photobucket or DeviantArt; I actually draw my best at school, doodling in notebooks. It's a great past-time for me as well.
To describe myself, I'd have to say that I am quiet and shy around strangers and teachers or other relatively unknown adults. However, around my friends, I am definitely what you'd describe as "crazy" (see 'hyper'). I have a twin, and she's more down-to-earth and practical, so my friends call me "the Fantasy Twin."
