One of my favorite Buddhist sayings is:

"We are what we think.

All that we are

arises with our thoughts.

With our thoughts,

we make the world."

I find that thought is one of the only ways to both heal our woes, and help the world.

If we think truly and act well, then we can make our worlds better.
