“On every full moon, rituals ... take place on hilltops,
beaches, in open fields and in ordinary houses.
Writers, teachers, nurses, computer programmers,
artists, lawyers, poets, plumbers, and
auto mechanics — women and men from many backgrounds
come together to celebrate the mysteries of the Triple Goddess of the Dance of Life.
The religion they practice is called Witchcraft.”

While I write Mal'ethil, I listen to Nox Arcana.

In Mal'ethil, our main character is Mal'ethil Gysse'lylth, better known as Mal.
She's an arthi'al, the (very) distant relative of elves.
Mal is albino and comes up to about 5'2". (I like to make my MCs short, so I don't feel so alone. JK.) She also is "flat", chest-wise.

Alicia is the mysterious secondary-main character.
She is eight years old when her entire family is killed and she is taken under the care of Mal.
Alicia as a kid, Alicia as an adult.

Updates: 11/26/09: Chapter 10 is up.

I am NOT a Wiccan. I'm an eclectic pagan and a witch, but I am NOT, I repeat, NOT a Wiccan.

My FP Policy:

If I take the time to read a chapter, or several, of your story, then I always review... and I review every chapter I read. Why? Because I know how it feels to have every chapter of your story reviewed by the same person in bulk. You check your email -- "13 New Reviews!!" -- and you light up inside. Rather than that person reading straight through and reviewing the last available chapter alone, they reviewed every single one. And, I dunno, it just makes you feel good. I love that feeling... and it's so not hard to extend the feeling to someone else. Just a quick, short little review to let them know you read their story, and move onto the next chapter. It makes them feel good, and if makes you feel good too. And, sometimes, if you're really lucky, they'll be the type of person that extends the favor. So there's love flying all over the place!!

So please... make somebody's day. If you read their story, review every chapter. Imagine how you'd feel if someone did that for you. :)
