"Deception is an ugly word no matter how beautiful the deceiver." Artificial Adonis, Eros. Lost
Hi there. I'm Eros. Lost; it's not my real name (I'd be ridiculued horrendously if it was), but I chose it as a pen name because it was the only title I didn't have a problem with. I chose the name Eros. Lost because it is the same title as a chronicle I am currently developing called EROS, Lost - and before anyone asks: no, "EROS" is not supposed to be an anagram for "Rose", "Sore" or anything else you can come up with using the four-letter word. It is called "EROS" because of the Greek god of love "Eros" - who is also associated with Cupid or is Cupid according to certain passages. But that's coming off the point.
As the title now suggests, the volume is called "love lost" as it follows the adventures of a "heartless" girl named Terra Shira and her companions Renée Addams, Hex Cezar and Frost Elyzon. It is a direct sequel to the Phantom Chronicles series as it is set exactly two years after the events in Phantom. That is another creation that I will divulge into another time. I had called the volume "eros lost" instead of "love lost" because I have a feeling there is already a book/film/series/documentary called that.
If I haven't bored you to sleep yet, here are some little details about me:
I'm seventeen years old, female, neutral "gender" and I currently inhabit a hideously untidy yellow room that is covered in scraps of used-and-unused paper and particular items of clothing. I spend my time reading, writing, sketching, "goofing off" and trying to hand in my coursework by the required date (always fails - but there's always next year to succeed). I speak fluent English, a smidge of French, a dash of German, and a dollop of Japanese -- I sound like I'm cooking something -- also a wee bit of Latin and Spanish.
I have a little bit of an obsession with Doctor Who, Torchwood, Roswell, 10th Kingdom, The Simpsons, Futurama (haven't seen it in AGES!), Family Guy, South Park, Drawn Together (again, haven't seen in yonks), Senseless and Sex in the City. All fantastic shows in my opinion, and I'm sure there are others that are great too - but I don't watch TV that much despite what I just said suggests.
And that's me, really. If you're interested in alliances (I sounded so snobby just then) or want to chat, my email is: not_very.creative@hotmail.co.uk
Thanks for reading.
Signed,
Eros. Lost
