I'm Ashlyn (19) a second year South African Med student. What else do you want to know?
I love to sing along really loudly to musicals/Disney movies... much to the chargrin of my freinds and family ;) I get disproportionately happy when I paint my toenails purple. I am incapable of studying without junk food, preferably chocolate (smarties rock my world!) I adore dancing like mad when nobodies watching. Dancing on stage is the most exhilarating feeling ever! I write random poetry constantly. I have absolutely no concept of patience. I am one of the most bluntly honest people you will ever meet. I am often accidentaly impolite. I seldom loose my temper but when I do I burn bright and fast. I am passionate. I am sarcastic. I have a sense of humor that many do not understand. I play the songs I love to death but don't get sick of them. I care too much for my own good. My sister is one of my best friends. I am weird and possibly slightly insane but honestly believe that not being partially insane is unhealthy and seriously boring.

29 Jan: So the tenth chapter of my story is up... thankfully in decent time but I decided to give forewarning that the next few probably won't be out as soon. I'm a second year medic (translation: in about 4 and a bit years I'm going to be a doctor) so my life is crammed full of studying everything that ends with an -ology from 8 till 5, and then doing all those fabulous things known as eating, sleeping, showering and homework. If I am not doing any of these things I probably should be... which means when I'm writing (as much as I love writing) I probably should be learning something you'd want your Doctor to know ("I'm sorry, I accidentaly removed your vocal cords instead of your tonsils... ooops!" LOL) or having some semblance of a social life in order to maintain relative sanity (sanity is good!) This doesn't mean I'm not gonna be writing, or finishing my stories... I just can't update as often as I'd like to!
