So you actually want to know about me? Consider me flattered. :) Just call me Alice. I'm 21 and I live in Texas, but don't go thinking I'm some dumb hick. I've started college and I'm in the middle of switching from Psychology (though I love it) to something in writing (anyone with advice, feel free to PM me). I've been writing stories since I was in middles school (well, stories on my computer that I could keep track of and were more than a few pages long) and though I'd say that I have a long way to go in my writing, I do happen to think that I have some talent for it, as do most people who've read my stuff and said something about it. Constructive criticism is gold--not silence! Seriously, I love to hear praise for my work, but what I like even better is to hear advice about how to improve my work.

As for my poems, not all of them come from my life and my own feelings, but a lot of them do. Just in case you're wondering.

As for other interests, I love love love music. It's the air that I breathe. Reading is a close second. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't rather curl up with a book rather than a person, but I do love my books. One thing I can't stand about my internet going out is that it cuts me off from my online reading material. :p That sucks.
