Author has written 12 stories for Life, General, Fantasy, Love, Action, Historical, Fantasy, and Thriller.

Hello All, I'm quite new to this site, having heard of it only twice. I must inform you that most of my stories and poems will lag greatly in their grammar, due to my eccentric writing style and contempt for the rules of the English language. However, should you like to aid me in my terrible attempts at it, you can send me a message or email me at apple_of_my_evil_eye@yahoo.com

I'll happily take any criticisms you may have for my works but I will not, however tolerate flames.

All I have left to say is: ENJOY=)

And after a ridiculously long Hiatus...

Who I Am

If you asked me to describe myself with one word, I would say, eccentric. I am, truly, an unusual person. And here’s why.

For Starters, I am an artist. That’s unusual already. How many people do you think out of one hundred random strangers are artists? There aren’t very many. Speaking of other odd things, I only watch about one hour of television a week, if that. And going along with watching TV, I love watching movies. I particularly enjoy Chinese martial arts, sci-fi, historical, and drama-themed cinema. Going back to, eccentricity, I have a neurotic cat named Sugar, I love sleeping far more than I should, I am a baptized Christian, and I like M&M’s.

I enjoy shopping for clothes that mimic Tim Burton style weirdness (primarily from the costumes in some of his movies). For example, I have bought horizontally striped tights, and am currently looking for a black, oddly uneven, stovepipe hat, although top hats are always nice too. Going along with Tim Burton style oddness, a children’s book illustrated by Gris Grimly, Creature Carnival, is a current favorite. Some other children’s books I enjoy are The Stinky Cheese Man and Other Stupid Fairy Tales, and Where the Wild Things Are.

I love listening to music. I enjoy quite a variety, including Rock, Instrumental, Celtic, Caribbean, Classical, Movie Soundtracks, and Broadway Musicals. I really don’t like rap, hip hop and RMB. To conclude, I really like these unusual animals, platypuses, macaroni penguins, sea monkeys, starfish, fruit bats, albino snakes, and tame rats. So in a nutshell, I’m odd, and slightly scary. I apologize if I weirded you out.

Special Piece of Literature

You might be wondering how in the world a sperm whale that was once a bowl of petunias, falling towards an alien planet has any relevance to life whatsoever. Well, to put this as simply as I can, I think it represents life as a whole. We’re dropped into this world quite suddenly, without any knowledge of it at all. The poor sperm whale is an example of life on your own without your parents to guide you, or in the whale’s case, without a really big parachute. Without your parents’ guidance you we learn very gullible, learn very little and we get into trouble. The poor sperm whale was smashed to bits. That is how life will smash you if you are not guided by your parents’ love and protection.

Goals

I only have a few goals, but they are very important ones. First is to get a good scholarship to a well respected college. This is important to me and my parents because without that scholarship, I won’t have enough money to go to college. I’ve been so far advised to stay away from loans because they can take a really long to pay off.

The second goal important to me is getting through college with big degrees in Art so I can get a fun, well paying job. I think it would be great to be paid for doing what I love.

The third goal I had in mind was a nice apartment. With the money I make from my (well paying) job, I can furnish my apartment to fit my eccentric tastes. And even if it isn’t quite what I expected, with a little framed artwork, throw pillows, and some Frappachinos, life will be pretty sweet.

And hopefully somewhere along the line, when I’m comfortable in life, I may want to get married. But all the way, no matter what other goals I meet, I want to pursue my art career to its fullest.

Me in 10 Years

In ten years I see myself lying in a lounge chair, pencil and sandwich in hand along with a sketchbook, living the sweet life in my fancy apartment. Even if my self portrait is realistically a poorer one, I’ll still be very content with what I’ll get because it will be mine and I’ll still have my sketchbook and a Frappachino.
