Author has written 2 stories for Life, and Fantasy. Blimey, has it been a while. Nowadays I tend to dwell more over at LiveJournal (I have an account there under the username "lupus_animi"), and while I don't really post any of my fiction there I say plenty about it. My name is Paige, and I am from Derbyshire (DAR-BI-SHUR), England, though I do not live there any more. My favourite author is Dean Koontz, my favourite poet is Alfred Tennyson, my favourite band is Coldplay, my favourite colour is yellow and my favourite number is six. That's really all you need to know about me, myself and I. I am deeply involved in a series under the working title of "the Star Singer," the first story of which, "Requiem for a Song," is 20 complete and the second, "Yield to the Dawn," underway. They are steeped heavily in traditions and a religion of my own making, with quite archaic use of language and elaborate descriptions which can be fairly bemusing if you aren't too fond of my dear friends, the ever-squabbling tools of similie and metaphor. Now, let the games begin! | |||||||||||
