Hello there!
I'm Writer in the Meadow. Inspiration for that name came from the books Twilight, New Moon and various Dragonlance novels. I write lots of things, poems, short stories, lyrics. I haven't really written anything that has been put online for critiques, so please be honest, and help me out. Let's see, I love 24, Smallville, Lost, and Deal or No Deal. My friends are amazing, I'd die without them. I love them so much. I love reading, it's one of my favorite passtimes. Twilight series, Harry Potter, The Giver, The Chosen, The Promise, The Inheritance Trilogy, Dragonlance (by Weis and Hickman), The Secret Journal of Bret Colton and To Kill a Mockingbird are some of my all-time favs. My hobbies are sports (mainly basketball, soccer and track, and I'd do football if I could...), reading(duh), Writing(double duh), and music. I play guitar, piano, violin and cello. I try to play drums, but I'm not that good. That's where I get most of my inspiration is from my music.
The best bands where I get so much inspiration from are: Acceptance, All That Remain, Anberlin, Avril Lavigne, Breaking Benjamin, Broke, Collective Soul, Daphne Loves Derby, Dashboard Confessional, Emery, Enya, The Faint, The Fray, Foo Fighters, Goodnight Sunrise, Green Day, Hellogoodbye, Jack Johnson, John Williams, The Killers, Lifehouse, Linkin Park, Mae, Mason Jennings, Motion City Soundtrack, Muse, My Chemical Romance, Postal Service, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Scary Kids Scaring Kids, Snow Patrol, The Spill Canvas, The Used, Weezer, and Yellowcard. There are others, but these are the main ones I listen to, especially when looking for inspiration.
Pretty much you can call me whatever you like. It doesn't really make a difference to me. I'll answer to pretty much anything...stupid, moron, retard etc. You name it, I'll probably answer if you're looking at me. :D So I'd really appreciate it if you would review honestly..helps the writing process, you know.
