I usually write fantasy and romance. I can't deal with writing any story without at least one romance plot. I really like sonnets, which, as my English teacher once said, "are like poems". Wow, that was a smart statement.

I'm back from camp! I have nothing to add to FictionPress, though, due to a combination of writer's block and very little free time.

Currently working on: I had a new idea for a story that makes fun of clichés. I'm having a lot of trouble starting it - I've rewritten the beginning about four times already - but once I get past that part, it's going to be awesome.

Writer's block status: I'm bored with A Heartbroken Teen Who is Bad at Flirting, but I'm determined to finish it eventually. Summer vacation has begun and I haven't had good ideas yet. But I'm being patient.

Favorite books: Right now I'm reading The Secret Life of Bees by Sue Monk Kidd, which is amazing.

Anything by Mildred D. Taylor - she does the Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry series, which is also amazing.

A Summer of Kings by Han Nolan was great.

The Georgia Nicolsen series is an easy read, but it's awesome. The first book is Angus, Thongs, and Full-Frontal Snogging.

Shakespeare is my idol!
