In the early 1930's A depressed but highly intelligent child by the name of Final lost his mother to an accident when he was only 8 years old. Grief-stricken, he used his talent to create something that could surpass Heaven, only so he can resurrect his mother. But the Government sees this as a world-class weapon, and kidnaps it and the child, so they can have it made for the power-hungry men's own intentions. But before this happens, Final says one thing that shakes the political men to there core:
