Spillover -- A sixteen-year-old girl that likes to write. A lot.
My current story: Do not have one...
UPCOMING STORY: The announcement over the intercom started it all. Three minutes before school got out on Friday, September tenth, the principle of Daxton High School said soberly, “Administration heard some terrible news this afternoon. Horrible news. Daxton High, a junior named Austin Matthews passed away this morning in a head on collision. We are very sorry about this loss. Let’s have a moment of silence in respect for Austin and his family…”
The school was in shock. How could Austin Matthews die? He was invincible. He was the guy who won himself a starting position on the Varsity basketball team his freshman year. He was the guy that was going to take them to State this year. But that wasn’t going to happen any more. He was dead.
Kelsey Cubb, Austin’s cheerleader girlfriend (how typical) was distraught. Who was going to take her to Homecoming now that he was gone? She thought no one else could feel the intensity of her pain. Especially someone Austin never knew existed.
Jessica Bradey wanted to die. She loved Austin Matthews. She had never spoken a word to him in her life, but she truly believed that she loved him.
He sat in front of her in her English class, first period. Who was she going to gaze at longingly now that he was gone? Her heart was broken on that Friday. And she was afraid that she would never be able to let go of Austin Matthews, someone she had never even talked to. She dreaded Monday. She was going to sit in the same seat she sat in that morning. But Austin Matthews wasn’t going to. Because he was dead.
Because of that announcement, Jessica nearly had a heart attack when she saw Austin Matthews sitting down in English on Monday. He wasn’t supposed to be there. He was dead.
Jessica soon realizes that Austin was, in fact, dead. She also realizes that she, the girl who never talked to him before in her life, is the only one who can see him.
After they both get over the initial shock, Jessica plans to make him fall in love with her. After all, how hard could it be? She was the only one who could see him. Piece of cake.
But she finds out that Austin is in love with someone else. Someone who's not Kelsey Cubb; varsity cheerleader, goregous, and Austin's old girlfriend.
No, Austin Matthews is in love with someone else.
Austin Matthews is in love with Jessica's best friend.
I will not update any stories but the one I am currently working on.
Updates- I update usually once every two weeks. The question to ask is when do I update to fictionpress? I only use it to check my word count.
