A note to my readers: I'm working on about six different stories now and battling writer's block all the way. My updates may not come for awhile, but I promise there will be updates.
In general: I'm a sixteen-year-old girl (highschool senior. Woo!). I live in a small Hick town. I hate it. I write a lot and spend just as much time on the computer. I live with my mom--who has completely helped make me who am I--and a twin sister--when we get along we get along great, but when we don't I can't even bear the thought of being related. I love black, can kill an eyeliner stick after one use, and wears chained pants. (Only sometimes). Normally I'm just a band tee and jeans person. Converse tennies too. I love my Converse tennies. Punk, goth, emo--call me whatever you like. Labels don't bother me.
(Warning! Content May Be Boring! Continue Only If Interested!)
On the inside: At first, I can come come off as very quiet and unfriendly. SHY and take some time to warm up to people. NOT SNOBBISH, as so many people seem to think. When I feel comfortable around someone, I'm random and talkative. I'm very easily amused--shiny things are good. I am one of the clumsiest people ever and therefore really good at humiliating myself. I can swing between optimism and pessimism very easily. I'm not very adventurous, but I'm open-minded. I give bad advice, but am a good listener. I hold grudges, but am loyal. Naive. Too trusting. Can be immature. Undecisive. May attempt to be sarcastic.
Things that rock (in no particular order): Internet junkie--I think my record for staying on is about 8+ hours. Writing (obviously). Reading. Reviews. (I'm a review whore). Driving (just recently got my license). Music (ranges from disco-heavy metal. I do not like country though). Going to the beach. Rollerblading (me on wheels, interesting combination). T.V. Johnny Depp. Anime. Exercise (in moderation). Animals. Hanging with my friends. My friends in general. Black. Eyeliner. Guys who wear eyeliner. Shiny things. Browsing around the mall. (There's more, but I can't think of anything right now).
Things that suck (again in no particular order): Backstabbers (This one is first on my list). Vaccum Cleaners. My sister. Mosquitoes. Snobs. Unneeded attitudes. (Seriously, get over yourself!). Prejudice and anti-Semitism (Yes, I'm Jewish!). Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt (So...annoying). Miley Cyrus. Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens. Anything that involves any of these people. Sharks (they scare me). Jellyfish (ditto). Country music. My job (sometimes). Trying to think of things I like/don't like. People who abuse animals, are nasty for no reason whatsoever, act deliberately stupid, try to use others. (Definitely more, but I don't want you all to thing I hate the world).
If you want to know anything else, just ask!
Just up: Want and Need, Who'd Kiss the Mascot?
My stories:
Tough Guy and a Teacher's Pet:
A twist on the good girl, bad boy story. She's Valedictorian; he's an ex-gangster from New York. Is the school ready when two different worlds collide? There are only two possible outcomes: either they destroy the school or each other. It's anyone's game--but he knows how to use a gun.
My first story on Fictionpress. Complete but is very likely going under construction.
Cameron Only with black hair, slightly longer, and an eyebrow piercing
Jennifer
Alicia
Damien Picture him in more gangster clothes and with a lipring
Still Looking for pictues of Darryl, Phoebe, and Ryan. More characters may be added.
Giving Them Hell
On temporary hiatus.
Sequel to Tough Guy and a Teacher's Pet. Amazing. Four - five months have passed since Jennifer and Cameron first met. Not only have they survived, but they're actually a couple! Can such a rocky romance last? They seem to think so but the world doesn't. Trust issues, secrets, skeletons falling out of the closet--nothing out of the ordinary. Now add a girl who is inhumanly obnoxious, super judgemental parents, and Cameron's perspective on some things.
My Credit Card Won't Buy Me That?
On hiatus. I'm just not inspired. May be rewritten altogether.
Jennie Harper is rich. Filthy rich. And spoiled. Incredibly spoiled. (A bad combination). She can buy anything her materialistic little heart desires...clothes, shoes, designer bags, even people to a point. But her secret crush has a much higher pricetag. He hates her and no amount of money is going to win him over and change his mind. If Jennie wants him, she'll have to get him without swiping her credit card.
The Other One
My baby. Only one chapter left... :( Current count: 24/25
Now that I've thought about it, it seems like there is a double meaning to the title "The Other One". Meaning 1: Sawyer and Alexa. Alexa always feels inferior to Sawyer--and is treated as such. Or so she believes. She strives to become her own person. Meaning 2: Alexa can't quite settle down with one guy and is constantly wondering what her life might be like if she was to date the other one.
Alexa Not quite how I described her, but I like the picture a lot
Sawyer
Luke
Still looking for everyone else!
The Girl With a Boy's Name
Smitten with a gorgeous guy, a tomboy tries to break away from the long-term image she's earned as "one of the guys". Is it possible to undo years of being one of the guys? Can she learn to act--and fight--like a girl as necessary? She sure as hell is going to try. But will her efforts be enough or will she only ever be a close friend?
Jake Picture him with dark brown hair and green eyes.
Found her! Kyle
Keep Your Enemies in a Headlock
My first M/M story. I'm pretty excited about broadening my horizons.
Upon coming out to his family, fifteen-year-old Matt is condemned to the wrestling team by his father to "man up". Unfortunately, his plan to "de-gay" his son isn't going to work. While Matt pretends to be straight, both for his own security and to satisfy his father, there is just too much temptation. He gets to spend a lot of time up and close with a lot of attractive guys, including his arrogant-but-gorgeous crush/rival Jason Brady. And then there is the stunning champion from a rival school...In spite of all this distraction, Matt's wrestling isn't suffering. He's going to do whatever it takes to get in the ring with the champion.
A young kid's struggle to find love in a very prejudice environment and acceptance with himself and his sexuality.
