I love chocolate, thunderstorms, and birds, and have a penchant for singing loudly (when no one's around, of course).

I dislike grammatical errors (so if I make any, please point them out), hot weather, and professors who don't care about teaching.

I appreciate flames if they are constructive and make a point; if they have no substance, they are generally ignored.

Favorite books and authors: the Discworld series, Stephen King novels, Tess Gerritsen, Heinlein, Orson Scott Card, Terry Pratchett, Douglas Adams, Neil Gaiman, Patricia McKillip, JK Rowling, Hemingway...too many to list.

I have an obsession with music. If you suggest it, I'll listen to it, and probably love it. Current music craze includes but is not limited to: the goo goo dolls, aerosmith, AC/DC, the foo fighters, the red hot chili peppers, lady gaga, better than ezra, jimmy eat world, three days grace, disturbed, incubus, chevelle, rise against, the all-american rejects, fall out boy, the police, the plain white ts, christina aguilera, staind, bullet for my valentine, sick puppies, muse, nirvana, etc.

I'm from an older genre of fictionpress. I've read stories on this site for years and only recently started posting my own, and a lot of my favorite authors have pulled their stories down due to plagiarism. Guys, please don't rip off stories. It's just not cool. There have been a lot of great, fun authors I've been sad to see disappear or move their work elsewhere, so don't be an asshole.
