Hello, Hello, Hello! Welcome to...my profile! My name's Nani, known as Eloquently-Insane on this site. :)

I came across fictionpress a few weeks after I found out about its sister site, fanfiction.net which was around the time that I started to fall into the world of writing. Around 2006, I think. However, I didn't start writing my own original works until much later, when I started to get more confidence and knowledge about styles of writing, grammar, the English language, and so on and so forth.

I used to write het, mostly, but that was before I became interested in Yaoi, thanks to an overenthusiastic friend and a manga. Since then, that's all I find myself able to write. I do read some het stories every once in a while, if the summary catches my eye and it's unique and well written, but not often.

I've had more works posted on this site than the ones listed, but they were deleted for various reasons. Either because they were in hiatus and I was having no plans on continuing them (when it comes to that point, writing becomes more of a chore than a hobby) or because I was disappointed myself on how it was written. After all, I've been writing for a long time, and I like to think that I've gotten better at it over time...I hope. ;p

I haven't written anything in a rather long time, but I hope to do so soon, because I miss it. I'm finding myself reading fandom stories more often than reading original works and writing some myself. Oh well.
