Hey, for the few of you who took the time to read my profile, I changed my pen name to Aadi because my aunt and uncle (whom I live with) had a cow when they found out that I used my real name (how can I help it if all my favorite names were taken?), and so I was forced to change it. Oh, well. I don't really lke my name anyway. Moving on.
Okay, I love to write, though I've sort of lost all sorces of inspiration for the last two months (tear). I'm working on that. Anyway, I'm constantly reading: primarily fantasy, though I can be caught reading realistic sometimes (for instance breana's 357 things I need to remember. If you haven't read anything by her you should definately check her out. She's awesome. sad to say that the story I mentioned before isnt up as I here it's getting published). I like vampires, werewolves, shapeshifters, you name it, I've probably read about it. I love to see what sort of new myths people can come up with. I'm always for a good comedy, and, as of late, I've been drawn to romance (I wonder why that is? Could it be because I'm a 15 year old teenaged girl without a boyfriend?). Hmmm, that's about it. Not real interesting, I know, but there it is.
I know a few of you were asking about my story Damon and Aurora. I am sorry to say I took it down. My appologies. As for my story Savia, which I have a grand total of two reviews on (mournful sigh), I've had a bit of writers block with it, and, for the life of me, I can't figure out what to so with it. For anyone who wants to check it out it's under Fantasy.
Nicolette Henderson is a story I started during the summer that was a direct reflection (with the exception of the changed names, and relations) of my life, but then I got bored with it, and gave it a twist in the form of werewolves. It's about a young girl who developes feelings for an old friend when she descovers he is not a wolf as she had originally thought,but a werewolf. However, those feelings are forced down when the Nicolette decides the breaf amount of time she would get with Shadow, as she calls him, would not be worth the pain it would later cause her when he grew bored of her. She forces herself to stop going into the forest, costing her the only true friends she has, in return for the protection of her heart. Summer passes, and she returns to school, where she finds an unlikely romance that allows her to, at least, convince herself that she has moved on from Shadow. Life begins to look up for Nicolette, that is, untill a new boy showes up to her school. One of startling suductive abilties, and the desire to gain her trust, an use her to track down her old friend. Will Nicolette figure out his ploy before it is too late, or will she be the cause of her former best friend's death? Read and find out. ;)
